Chef's Table Experience

Imagine you, your family and closest friends enjoying a carefully curated one-of-a-kind private Chef's Table Experience in the comfort of your own home. 

Multiple courses of the most delectable tastes and sips you can remember. 

This dining experience takes a short list of your culinary favourites and food intolerances and then lets our chef use his 30 years of fine dining experience to carefully curate an incredible tasting menu. He hand picks the best ingredients for that season from farmers markets, specialty grocers and other of his favourite food emporiums to get the finest ingredients for your event. 

Our chef Tobias Pohl-Weary will gladly work with a suggested theme. Think of your dream such as Waygu and Oysters, or East Coast Seafood, Canadian Wild Game and Foraged, Truffles and Caviar, or direct from locally Farms. Or choose a style of cuisine such as French, Spanish, South American, Canadian, or more. Or the surprise menu beyond your dreams.

 

With options starting from a 5 or 7 course option, or more courses with the micro taste experience. We also can provide the cocktail and hors d'ouevres service to begin and follow with wine and beverage pairings for each course.    

The private
Chef's Table Experience

Our 5 course Chef's Tables start at $175 per guest based on 8 guests, including Chef prepared dining experience, Plates, Glassware, Cutlery, Service and Cleanup.

Every private Chef's Table Experience is an individually prepared and executed event. 

The price will fluctuate by number of guests, type of meal, and choice of ingredients.

The Chef's Table Experience includes chef and (and server if required), plates, glassware, cutlery, and meal. 

A Transportation fee of $50-100 will be applied depending on location. Tax and Gratuity are not included.

 

Additional services, staff, and rentals may have additional fees.
